Urban Homes, LLC has designed a one year limited warranty program to protect homeowners and ourselves during and after the construction process. We strive to build a defect-free home but unintended mistakes can occur. The criteria for qualifying warranty repairs are listed in our limited warranty manual.
The limited warranty program begins with a homeowner's orientation at the completion of your new home. The meeting will consist of a thorough walk-through to confirm the house meets quality standards. After 60 days, homeowners can notify us by submitting a warranty service request to the office. Near the end of the eleventh month customers should submit a final request to repair defects in the home.
One year from the date of closing on the house will be the end of the limited warranty coverage. Thereafter, it will be the homeowners sole responsibility to handle all repairs and services with the subcontractors at their own expense. We will always assist customers to answer questions and provide direction to satisfy needs. The limited warranty program is designed to provide customers with maximum protection and allows us to operate more efficiently.
